- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales

• Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products, CRE to call

customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly

• Explaining the customers product features and advantages

- Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhere

• Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets

- Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate

• Minimum 1yr of outbound sales experience

• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

• Convincing skill

• Flexible with shifts

• Stakeholder management

• Computer literacy
