- Welcome customers and assist them inside the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and show suitable jewellery designs
- Support senior sales staff in product presentation and billing process
- Maintain cleanliness and display of jewellery counters
- Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally
- Learn about different types of jewellery (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
- Follow showroom guidelines on customer service and safety
- Assist in calling customers for promotions, offers, and events
- Do follow-up calls for customer visits, pending purchases, and leads
- Assist in in-store promotional events and campaigns
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Good communication skills (Kannada required, basic English preferred)
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
- Willingness to learn and work in retail workplace
