Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tender participation process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable government tenders, reviewing tender requirements, preparing documentation, submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking tender status through to award.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the GeM portal, government procurement procedures, tender documentation, and online bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission deadlines.
- Evaluate tender requirements and determine the company's eligibility to participate.
- Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, and proposals through the GeM portal within stipulated timelines.
- Upload required documents, including company registration certificates, GST certificates, PAN, financial statements, experience certificates, and other statutory documents.
- Manage product/service listings, catalogue updates, pricing, and other applicable GeM portal activities.




- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in accordance with tender requirements.
- Track bid status, technical evaluation, financial bid opening, reverse auctions, and tender results.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submitted bids, deadlines, results, and follow-up activities.
- Support order acceptance, purchase order documentation, and post-award formalities, wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, government procurement policies, and applicable tender conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in GeM portal operations, government tendering, or e-procurement.
- Hands-on experience in GeM bid participation and online tender submission.
- Knowledge of technical bids, financial bids, EMD, performance security, reverse auctions, and tender eligibility requirements.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management.
- Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience handling tenders for government departments, PSUs, or public-sector organizations.
