Clinical Management: Conduct daily patient rounds, evaluate and diagnose critically ill patients, and formulate daily treatment plans alongside consultants.

Procedures: Perform essential invasive procedures such as endotracheal intubation, central and femoral line insertions, and urinary catheterization.

Equipment Management: Manage and adjust life-support systems, including mechanical ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring.

Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate clinical charts and counsel patients' families regarding clinical conditions and prognoses.

Team Leadership: Guide ICU medical officers, nurses, and paramedical staff, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and hospital policies.
