Role & responsibilities :

- Following the predefined session plan while delivering training to the identified candidates who will be undertaking the course
- Developing skills and knowledge for self and incoming candidates on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed
- Preparing learners to face interviews confidently
- Conducting concurrent assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students
- Maintaining data with respect to training and related activities
- Participating in center activities (such as organizing Parents' meet, doing retention follow-up, collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make the center successful.

Work experience:1-2 years of Industrial or Trainer experience in Solar Panel Installation Technician

Technical skills:

- Knowledge about different Solar components, installation, assembly and basic maintenance
- Knowledge about site survey and layout requirement
- Must have hands-on experience in the installation and effective working of the solar panels, including working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, work procedures, and safety standards
