Position Details:

- Role: Medical Officer (Processor)
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years
- Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month + Variable Pay

Eligibility Criteria:

- BAMS / BHMS / BDS from a recognized medical college
- Experience in the Insurance / TPA industry will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Review and process health insurance claims as per policy guidelines.
- Analyze medical records, treatment documents, and hospital bills.
- Assess claim eligibility and recommend approval, rejection, or query.
- Ensure accurate and timely claim adjudication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for claim-related clarifications.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with company processes.
