- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laptop issues, including configuration, connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.
- Assist with printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or related field.
- Solid knowledge of desktop troubleshooting techniques for laptops and desktops.
- Proficiency in LAN troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
