Roles and Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain middleware application server environments.
- Monitor middleware services, analyze logs, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents.
- Execute configuration changes, application deployments, patching, upgrades, service restarts, and routine health checks.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate resolution with application, infrastructure, and database teams.
- Support operational procedures, incident handling, change management, problem management, and on-call activities.

Skills Required:

- Four to twelve years of experience in middleware administration,



with strong hands-on experience supporting IBM WebSphere eCommerce environments.
- Experience administering enterprise middleware platforms and application server environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot application availability, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Experience with application deployment, log analysis, patching, upgrades, and production support.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with JBoss and middleware administration activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
