Job Title: Power BI & Advanced Excel Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, advanced Excel reporting, and Microsoft Sales analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, data visualization skills, and the ability to independently deliver reporting solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Develop and support end-to-end ETL/Data Integration pipelines.
- Implement and manage ALDA permissions, Row-Level Security (RLS), and data governance controls.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
- Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Build and enhance reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric components.
- Develop and maintain GitHub-based operational, engineering, and governance reporting dashboards.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

Required Skills

Power BI & Analytics





- Minimum 7+ years of experience in BI, Reporting, and Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboard Development.
- Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and enterprise reporting standards.
- Knowledge of ALDA permissions and Microsoft reporting ecosystem.

Microsoft Fabric

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components.
- Valuable understanding of Dataflows, Lakehouse, Semantic Models, and Reporting integration.
- Ability to design scalable reporting solutions using Fabric architecture.

GitHub Reporting

- Experience developing GitHub-based engineering and operational reports.
- Knowledge of GitHub data analysis, repository metrics, work item tracking, and reporting visualization.

Azure

- Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Storage Accounts, and Identity & Access concepts.
- Exposure to Azure-based reporting and analytics environments is preferred.

Advanced Excel

Strong experience in Excel Dashboard Development and Data Analysis. Must possess hands-on expertise in:

- Power Pivot
- Pivot Tables
- Sumif / sumifs
- Countif / countifs
- Average / averageifs
- IF Statements
- Vlookup / hlookup / xlookup
- Index-match
- Conditional Formatting
