- Design and deliver technical training programs for mechanics, technicians, and other stakeholders on vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.
- Develop product knowledge training materials and conduct hands-on demonstrations to enhance customer service skills.
- Provide sales training to dealership staff on new products, features, and perks to improve sales performance.
- Conduct regular service training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in automobile industry or related field.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field (e.g., automotive technology).
- Proven track record of developing effective technical training programs for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
