State Head - Affordable LAP
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Vertical: Affordable LAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive state-level Affordable LAP business across Madhya Pradesh and achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team across assigned locations.
- Drive sourcing through Open Market, DSA, Connectors & Channel Partners.
- Expand business presence and develop recent markets across MP.
- Monitor team productivity, disbursements, and portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
- Strong Affordable LAP experience is preferred.
- Proven state-level business management and team handling experience.
- Strong open market sourcing and DSA network.
- Good knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh market.
- Local candidates preferred.
