Role & responsibilities:

•Supervising, coaching, and providing feedback to production operators

•Planning and scheduling production runs to meet line output (Min 95%)

•Enforcing safety guidelines and ensuring a safe working environment.

•6S & Identifying areas for continues improvement in efficiency part

•Ensuring on time WIP closure & Inventory control

•Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and standards.

•Preparing and presenting reports on production performance and progress.

•Communicating and coordinating with other departments (e.g. PPC, Store & Maintenance).

•Knowledge in Motor manufacturing (like Winding, ISI Testing, Motor Assembly).

Key Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of production processes and equipment.
