Cushman & Wakefield is hiring Apprentices Project Development Services. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on exposure to the real estate industry, market research, and data analysis.

Opportunity at a Glance

- Role: Apprentice – Project Development Services
- Location: Bharuch/ Vapi/ Valsad/ Dahej
- Duration: 12 months
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Stipend: 25,000/month from Cushman & Wakefield + 4,500/month under Government NATS

What You’ll Work On

You will get exposure to real estate research, field surveys, market intelligence and database management, covering asset classes such as luxury residential, warehousing & logistics, retail, senior living, real estate investments, infrastructure, manufacturing and services.

You will also interact with brokers, developers and other industry stakeholders, conduct market research, and maintain databases of projects,



developers and investors.

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for candidates who have:

- An undergraduate degree/background in B.Tech Civil/ mechanical/architecture or electrical related fields.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
