Job Summary

Broad outline of the Role Responsible for driving day to day system and service engineering and operations. This is an operational role within Fibre/Mobile services to Plan, Design and As built the Fibre assets in GIS tools that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification experience: Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- B.Eng. or B.Tech. in Electronics/ Computer science/ Telecommunications related disciplines.

Other knowledge/skills

- Experience in Fibre/Mobile Network planning
- Design Expertise on various telecommunication /Wireless Technologies
- Good Knowledge in various products offered by service provider
- Valuable Knowledge in Various MS Office Applications

Technical Competencies

- Candiate should Know about Telecom network Architecture and its components, should have detailed knowledge on Optical Fiber/Mobile Network and Geographical information system and its tools such as Auto CAD, Small world, Arc GIS,PEGA/SAP etc.



Should have detailed knowledge about Fiber/Mobile network planning, Designing and As-builts, Quantity Surveying and Supplier management. Candidates have PMO skills considered as Additional value.
- Candidate should have good Communication skills to have different level of conversations with the on-shore / Off-shore stake holders.
- Should have Knowledge about Radio base station and its components.
- Should co-ordinate with the Field engineer to ensure the actions are aligned with 100% SLA Quality

Key Responsibilities

- Support Fiber/Mobile Planning and Design
- To update GIS systems with the As-built documents received
- To update PEGA/SAP Tools with PO and Invoice Details
- To co-ordinate with On-shore stake holder Suppliers to complete the Assigned works on time
- To maintain SLA and FTR 100%
- To maintain Self data and customer data secured and without error.
- To be active in Customer and internal meetings
