About us:

SMVA (Jeevan Vijeta Pvt. Ltd.) is a Hindi-first online meditation university. We run Meta (Facebook / Instagram) video ads every week and are now building our in-house creative desk.

Role & responsibilities:

- Create short video ads and Reels for Meta using AI video tools (Higgsfield, HeyGen and similar) plus normal editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)

- The founder gives you the idea and script every day - you make multiple versions, then do the final edit after approval

- Captions, cuts, music, hooks in the first 3 seconds, vertical formats

- Create and upload our social media content (Reels, posts) from the same ideas

- Basic Hinglish copy for captions and on-screen text is a plus, not compulsory

Preferred candidate profile:





- 1+ year of short-form video editing (Reels / Shorts / ads)

- Has already made videos with AI tools and can show them

- Understands Hindi well (our content is in Hindi / Hinglish)

- Own laptop that can handle video editing, and positive internet

- Full-time, fixed hours 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, daily output targets

Salary:

- Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 per month, based on skill

- AI tool subscriptions are provided by the company

Selection process:

1. Share links to 2 short videos you made (at least one made with AI)

2. A small paid test task: one 30-second ad from our script

3. Short video call

This is a 100% work-from-home, full-time job.
