Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly product cost sheets, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify differences between standard and actual costs.

- Perform cost audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Analyze MIS reports to track production performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Costing, Product Costing, ICWA (CMA), Variance Analysis, and Cost Audit.

- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to analyze data effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for report preparation and analysis.
