- Ability to analyze requirements, prepare solution or technical designs, and deliver quality outcomes.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, documentation, and production support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

- Relevant certification in SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) - Payroll or the associated platform.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps automation, cloud deployment, and global stakeholder engagement.
