- Develop design concepts and layouts for residential projects from concept to completion.

- Create presentation materials like renderings and models to communicate designs effectively.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
