Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across multiple industries.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram, other job portals, databases, references, and alternative sourcing channels.
- Use LinkedIn and Instagram effectively to identify, approach, engage, and attract relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure successful joining.
- Manage multiple vacancies and achieve monthly recruitment closure targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers covering CV submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and candidate dropouts.
- Build candidate pipelines and minimize offer dropouts through regular follow-ups.
- Handle recruitment assignments independently with minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory hands-on experience in non-IT recruitment.




- Practical sourcing experience through LinkedIn and Instagram is mandatory, along with Naukri and other recruitment channels.
- Proven track record of successful monthly closures and candidate joining conversions.
- Experience across sectors such as Finance & Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Operations, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and other non-IT functions.
- Positive understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, follow-up, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently towards recruitment targets.

Important: Candidates with only in-house HR experience, no demonstrable non-IT recruitment closures, or no practical LinkedIn and Instagram sourcing experience will not be preferred. And candidates currently working will be considered only.
