Regional Sales Manager Biopharma

Location: Mumbai/ Pune (Travel Required)
Experience: 10-12 Years
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Biopharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will work closely with leading Biopharma companies, research organizations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), providing technical and commercial solutions while expanding our customer base across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and achieve sales targets for Biopharma products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs.
- Promote analytical products used in process development and quality control.
- Provide technical consultation on upstream and downstream bioprocess solutions, cell culture media, HCP & ELISA, Biologics Testing Services, and Mycoplasma testing.
- Deliver technical presentations, seminars, workshops,



and product demonstrations.
- Identify current business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales and marketing strategies.
- Travel across West & South (5060%).

What We're Looking For

- 10-12 years of technical sales experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of upstream & downstream processes and QC products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
