Role & responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 E5, Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview DLP
- Manage users, groups, roles, MFA, Conditional Access, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive security
- Manage Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager for MacBooks and Apple devices
- Implement FileVault encryption, device compliance, software deployment, remote lock/wipe
- Configure DLP policies to protect confidential company data and prevent unauthorized sharing
- Manage Windows and macOS endpoint security, EDR, antivirus, patching, VPN, firewall, and Wi-Fi access
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and IT asset management
- Troubleshoot laptops, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Monitor security alerts, device compliance, vulnerabilities,



and incidents

Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Certifications
MD-102, SC-401, Jamf Certified Tech/Admin, CompTIA Security+.
