Area Business Manager / Regional Business Manager - Ortho Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced candidate for our sales team to lead the sales of orthopedic support products.

The candidate will drive business growth, manage key accounts, develop distributor networks, and ensure widespread market penetration for our orthopedic support product range.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for orthopedic support products
- Promote products like knee caps, arm rests, back rests etc to hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, and retail medical stores
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, and key institutional buyers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the orthopedic support segment
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends,



and market dynamics to stay ahead
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, payment collections, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

- Any Bachelors degree / MBA preferred
- 8 - 13 years of experience in sales of orthopedic support products.
- Strong network with hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists, and distributors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently and travel extensively
- Knowledge of orthopedic support aids.
- Team handling experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
