We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead property sourcing activities, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified site visits, expanding the channel partner network, and achieving sourcing targets for our real estate projects.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is an advantage.

* 2-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or property sales.

* Strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners in the local market.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

* Proven track record of achieving sourcing and lead-generation targets.

* Positive understanding of real estate sales processes, inventory, pricing, and local market dynamics.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

* Ability to manage a team, where applicable, and work in a target-driven environment.
