Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Industry: ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services)

Location: Kolkata, India

Experience Required: 15-20 years (Minimum 5 years as Head of Finance/CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, treasury, working capital optimisation, fund management, and banking relationships.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and board-level financial presentations.
- Drive statutory audits, taxation, financial compliance, and regulatory reporting while maintaining robust internal controls.
- Oversee finance-related legal and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and enhanced financial efficiency.
- Leverage ERP systems, financial automation,



and business intelligence tools to strengthen financial processes and reporting.
- Build, lead, and mentor the finance team while strengthening governance and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
- 15-20 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Head of Finance, CFO, Finance Director, or Financial Controller.
- Prior experience in the IT/ITES, BPO, BPM, or technology-enabled services industry is mandatory.
- Solid expertise in financial management, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and contribute to business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
