Position: Cluster Manager

Company Profile: A leading largest QSR brand into premium bakery and patisserie brand headquartered in Mumbai. The company has a wide product range across multiple categories, including cakes, brownies, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie, cookies and crackers, chocolates, sandwiches, savouries, breads and beverages.

Location: We are hiring in Vadodara, Surat and Ahmedabad

Department: FOH

Industry: QSR, Retail or Hospitality

Education: Any graduate or preferably with a degree or diploma in hotel management.

Experience: Minimum 04 year to maximum 10 years of hospitality or retail experience in QSR / cafe / bakery operations.

Prior experience in managing 2 to 4 outlets or acting as a senior outlet manager / assistant area manager.

Exposure to local marketing, people management, and P&L; understanding preferred.

Solid focus on execution, guest service, and team development.

Role Summary: The Cluster Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and consistent sales performance across a cluster of outlets. This role focuses on executing brand standards, driving operational efficiency, and developing outlet teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train,



and mentor Outlet Managers and team members to build high-performing teams.
- Drive team engagement and performance through regular coaching and reviews.

- Operational Excellence

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets in the cluster.
- Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with health standards.
- Monitor inventory management, cash handling, and daily operations.

- Sales & Guest Experience

- Support outlet teams in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Execute local store marketing (LSM) activities as directed by the Area Manager to drive footfall and brand visibility.

- Process & Efficiency

- Track and report key operational metrics and take corrective action where needed.
- Support accurate demand forecasting and minimize wastage.
- Oversee in-store product display standards and online menu hygiene on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and brand website.

- Maintenance & New Store Readiness

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely upkeep of outlets.
- Support the launch and stabilization of new outlets within the cluster.

Working days: 6 days in a week

Package: Up to 8.00 LPA (Depends upon the Interview Performance)
