Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales skilled with a strong background in ServiceNow-related sales to support lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development, and sales opportunities for our ServiceNow solutions and services.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Inside Sales within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with the ability to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, initiate client conversations, and create opportunities for the sales team.

Candidates with only generic IT services, SaaS, or software inside sales experience without ServiceNow-related sales exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for ServiceNow solutions and services through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and research potential customers, target accounts, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders for ServiceNow-related offerings.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and qualify opportunities based on business requirements, interest, and potential fit.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently following up with prospects and nurturing leads.
- Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and product or solution discussions for the field sales and solution consulting teams.
- Work closely with the enterprise sales team to support account-based prospecting and new business acquisition.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records in the CRM.




- Track outreach performance, conversion rates, qualified leads, and meeting-generation metrics.
- Research target industries, accounts, and market opportunities to identify potential demand for ServiceNow solutions.
- Support sales campaigns, database development, and other lead-generation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, with relevant experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Prior experience in ServiceNow-related Inside Sales, lead generation, or sales prospecting is mandatory.
- Understanding of ServiceNow solutions, services, platform capabilities, or relevant ServiceNow offerings being sold.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, outbound calling, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and sales coordination skills.
- Ability to work toward measurable targets for qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline generation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a ServiceNow partner, ServiceNow-focused consulting firm, or organization selling ServiceNow implementation, consulting, support, or related services.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow offerings such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other relevant modules.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and selling technology solutions to mid-market or large enterprise customers.

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates who understand the ServiceNow sales ecosystem and can generate relevant leads for ServiceNow-related solutions.

Important: Direct ServiceNow-related sales or lead-generation experience is a prerequisite. Candidates with generic IT inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or non-ServiceNow SaaS sales experience alone will not meet the requirement.
