Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Coach/Trainer Senior to support SAP Plant Maintenance processes, guide users and functional teams, and drive effective adoption of SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PM, hands-on implementation or support experience, and the ability to mentor users and resolve complex business and system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional coaching and guidance on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
- Support SAP PM implementation, configuration, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Work with business users to understand maintenance requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide guidance on preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes.
- Support maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, maintenance plans, and equipment master data.
- Assist with functional issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and process demonstrations.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.




- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams, including MM, PP, and other relevant modules.
- Support testing, UAT, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and business process standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
- Solid knowledge of SAP PM functional processes and maintenance workflows.
- Experience in SAP PM implementation, rollout, or production support.
- Hands-on understanding of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, equipment, and functional locations.
- Experience in user training, coaching, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in S/4HANA Plant Maintenance will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, Oil & Gas, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Exposure to SAP PM integration with MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
