Key Responsibilities

- Conduct accurate site measurements and verify them against approved drawings.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs before commencing execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise modular cabinetry, wall panelling, false ceilings, civil work, and other interior works.
- Track material consumption, maintain measurement records, and minimize material wastage.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports with site photographs and maintain pending work lists.
- Monitor project milestones, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project handover.
- Maintain quality standards, manage vendors, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.




- Knowledge of residential interior execution, technical drawings, BOQs, and material management.

Experience

- 1-5 years of experience in residential interior execution or site engineering.
- Experience in handling vendors, contractors, site measurements, and project coordination is preferred.
