- Ensure accurate measurement of shuttering layouts on site.
- Conduct quality checks on shuttering materials before use.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., MEP) to ensure proper alignment of shuttering layouts.
- Monitor progress of shuttering work and report any issues or delays to supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks related to shuttering equipment and tools.
- 7-8 years of experience in building construction, preferably in high rise buildings or residential projects.
- Robust knowledge of mivan technology and its applications in building construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
