The opportunity: Associate Manager-National-TAX-TAX - GCR - Global Compliance & Reporting - Gurgaon

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Role:



Sales Analytics & GTM Intelligence Analyst Role Purpose Work closely with sales leadership and sales teams to drive data-backed decision making through reporting, dashboards, market intelligence, pipeline analytics, and AI-enabled insights. The individual will own sales MIS, management reporting, GTM analytics, and support strategic growth initiatives across product lines.
- Build and maintain sales dashboards covering pipeline, pursuits, wins, revenue, forecasts, conversion rates, and account penetration.
- Analyze performance across product assets, regions, industries, and client segments to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and management insights for leadership reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitor intelligence to identify new GTM opportunities.
- Utilize AI and LLM tools to automate reporting, generate insights, improve forecasting, and enhance decision-making.
- Partner with sales leaders to track targets, productivity metrics, pursuits, and account performance.
- Recommend current initiatives and data-driven interventions to improve sales effectiveness and market coverage.
- Create automated reporting frameworks using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and AI-enabled analytics tools.

- Non-Negotiables (Must Have): Strong Sales Analytics & Dashboarding Experience. Must have hands-on experience creating sales dashboards, pipeline reports, revenue tracking, and management reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Advanced Data & Analytical Skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI,



SQL, and data modelling with proven ability to convert data into business insights and recommendations.
- Executive Communication & Storytelling. Ability to create management presentations and communicate insights clearly through structured reports, executive summaries, and business reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, MIS, Commercial Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
- Exposure to AI tools, Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs, or analytics automation.
- Understanding of market research and business strategy.
- Experience working directly with business leaders and sales teams.
- Building Reports and Slide decks.

Skills and qualifications

To qualify for the role you must have

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

- Business Analysis (3+ years)
- Financial Analysis (3+ years)
