Job Description

We are looking for experienced Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to a specialized AI research project focused on developing high-quality Question-Solution-Answer (QSA) datasets for evaluating and improving AI systems.

The role involves applying engineering knowledge to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and figures, develop engineering-related questions, create step-by-step solutions, and validate technical answers for accuracy and logical consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engineering questions based on technical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and documentation.
- Interpret engineering dimensions, specifications, annotations, and technical requirements.
- Prepare accurate, logically structured, step-by-step solutions with final answers.
- Review and validate existing QSA datasets for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Identify technical errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in engineering problems and solutions.
- Apply domain-specific engineering knowledge to assess the quality and reliability of AI-generated responses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Solid analytical, numerical reasoning, and engineering problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to explain solutions step by step.
- High attention to detail when reviewing technical content and validating answers.

Preferred Candidates

- Practicing engineers, engineering researchers, technical consultants, academics, and experienced industry professionals.
- Candidates with experience in engineering design, analysis, technical documentation, or quality validation.
