Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field (freshers welcome).

- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn recent processes quickly.
