- 5-8 years of experience in Branch Operations or related field (NBFC/BFSI).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of branch management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
