About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results driven Social Media Executive to manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing practices.




- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests and promotional activities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages and build online communities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives through social media channels.
