Job Summary

We are looking for experienced LIMS Professionals with 5-9 years of expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as LabWare, LabVantage, or STARLIMS. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, customization, integration, validation, and support of LIMS solutions for laboratory and quality management environments.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience in LIMS (LabWare / LabVantage / STARLIMS).
- Experience in LIMS configuration, customization, and administration.
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle, and testing processes.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
- Understanding of instrument integration and interface development.
- Experience in system validation, testing, and documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Technical Requirements

- Configure, customize, and support LIMS applications.




- Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with laboratory, QA, and business teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare validation documents including IQ/OQ/PQ and test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Provide user training and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LIMS-related issues.

Additional Responsibilities

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Chemical industries.
- Exposure to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and change management processes.
- Robust communication and client-facing skills.

Educational Requirements

- MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BE
