Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in beverage manufacturing maintenance, specifically in PET Combi / Blow-Fill machine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed filling machines and PET bottle-blowing machines.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, including PET Combi / Blow-Fill machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling and PET bottle-blowing machines independently.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.




- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in beverage manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly in beverage manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with high-speed filling and PET bottle-blowing machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.
