Job Description HR Analyst

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and employee data.

Analyze headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, attendance, and payroll data.

Track recruitment TAT, sourcing efficiency, and offer-to-joining ratios.

Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation accuracy.

Support HR operations, onboarding, exit processes, and performance management reports.

Coordinate with HR, payroll, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Skills:

Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.

Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and MIS management.

Knowledge of HRMS and HR operations.

Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and Power BI will be preferred.
