- Understand fabrication drawings and possess solid engineering knowledge related to fabrication processes.
- Prepare purchase requisitions based on drawing specifications and project requirements.
- Follow up and expedite material procurement to ensure timely availability.
- Monitor forecasts, master plans, delivery schedules, and production schedules.
- Prepare plate cutting layouts as per drawing requirements.
- Ensure timely material feeding and allocation to workstations.
- Prepare baseline project schedules aligned with project scope and requirements.
- Develop micro-plans for critical activities and major project milestones.
- Maintain project schedules, provide forecasts, and generate progress reports for project teams, management, and clients.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, including:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
- Exception Reports
- Delay Analysis Reports
- Handle and coordinate all subcontracting activities with external vendors.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess working knowledge of SAP for planning, procurement, and material management activities.
- Be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have hands-on knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
