Enterprise AI Solutions Architect (SME- Trading, Banking, Retail & Manufacturing)

Job Summary: The Enterprise AI Solutions Architect aligns business goals with technical delivery. You will work closely with executive clients in banking, retail, and manufacturing to identify low-hanging AI opportunities, write solution blueprints, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Blueprinting: Translate industry requirements (KYC processing, maintenance copilots, catalog management) into technical deployment blueprints.
- Technical Pre-Sales & ROI Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies and compute ROI (comparing expensive cloud LLM APIs vs. dedicated fine-tuned SLMs) for potential clients.
- Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure all solutions comply with regional and industry-specific regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Guide the engineering team during execution to ensure solution architecture satisfies client requirements.

Role purpose: Create a reliable, maintainable data foundation connecting Dynamics, Zoho CRM and HRstop.

Assess the actual Dynamics product, version, deployment and service-ticket system; confirm available interfaces and access requirements. - Translate finance, sales, contracts, inventory and service processes into an agreed data architecture and implementation backlog. - Define common identifiers for customers, employees, contracts, branches and regions; manage duplicate records, missing values and historical mapping.



- Build and monitor source integrations using supported APIs, connectors, dataflows or other suitable Microsoft services. - Implement incremental loading, reconciliation, failure alerts and recovery procedures; avoid unnecessary replication of seven years of detailed ledger data into Dataverse. - Coordinate technical delivery, source administrators, access controls, deployment documentation and handover.

Desired technical skills: Hands-on experience with the Dynamics; Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, authentication, integration monitoring and enterprise data modelling. Familiarity with Zoho and HR-system integrations is desirable.

Expected outputs: Confirmed architecture, source-to-target mapping, functioning monitored integrations, data-quality rules and deployment/runbook documentation.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Haves)

- Vertical Domain Knowledge: Proven background in at least two target verticals (Banking/FinTech, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail/E-Commerce).
- Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure: Broad understanding of hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private on-premises server setups.
- AI Business Analysis & Cost Modeling: Ability to calculate total cost of ownership (TCO) for hardware/GPUs vs. API usage and assess data governance risks.
- Technical Stakeholder Management: Experience presenting technical architectures to non-technical C-level executives.
- Agile Project Leadership: Mastery of up-to-date software development life cycles (SDLC) and scoping frameworks.
