Project Planning & Execution

- Lead the technical planning and execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges.

Design & Engineering Management

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Optimize designs for cost efficiency, quality and sustainability.
- Review technical specifications, drawing and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

Construction Management

- Supervise construction activities across multiple sites.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.




- Implement construction methodologies that improve productivity and reduce risks.

Quality Assurance & Safety

- Establish and enforce quality control procedures.
- Conduct technical audits and site inspections.
- Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Review vendor quotations, contracts, and variation orders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech , B.E only preferred).
