Function / Department: Retail Lending Personal Loans
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Acquisition: Empanel, activate, and manage DSAs and loan connectors to hit monthly disbursal targets.
- Process & Pipeline Management: Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and RCU teams to resolve queries and ensure quick file clearance.
- Portfolio Quality: Pre-screen applications to maintain low bounce rates and ensure zero fraud tolerance.
- Relationship Management: Act as the SPOC for DSAs, managing payouts and regular partner engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in Personal Loan (PL) sourcing via DSA / Connector channels.
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Skills: Solid local DSA network, understanding of unsecured lending credit policies, and negotiation skills
