We are looking for an experienced Azure GenAI Architect / Technical Lead with 15+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AI model fine-tuning, cloud architecture, and AI data engineering.

The candidate should have experience technically guiding teams, managing and governing technical delivery, designing scalable cloud and hybrid solutions, and engaging with customer stakeholders to deliver effective AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and other pretrained AI models.
- Fine-tune and customize pretrained AI models based on business and customer requirements.
- Apply best practices in AI data engineering, large-scale data processing, and AI solution development.
- Implement solutions using Prompt Engineering, Azure AI services, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, governance, and support to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and build consensus on complex technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and customer upskilling sessions.
- Work hands-on with Python and PySpark for AI development and data processing.
- Support the implementation and adoption of MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Participate in customer calls, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Primary Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in cloud architecture,



solution design, and implementation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying Generative AI models.
- In-depth knowledge of fine-tuning and customizing pretrained AI models.
- Strong understanding of AI data engineering, data processing patterns, and large-scale data handling.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Azure OpenAI
- Prompt Engineering
- Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer)
- Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI Search
- Vector Databases
- Python and PySpark

- Experience technically guiding, managing, and governing technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Secondary Skills

- MLOps and LLMOps.
- AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise-grade Generative AI solution delivery.

Certifications

Mandatory:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).

Good to Have:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 / AZ-304 or current equivalent certification).
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102 or relevant current equivalent).
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100).
- Databricks Skilled Certificate in Large Language Models.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Soft Skills

Educational Qualifications

Minimum: BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred: M.Tech or MS in a relevant discipline.
