- Teach MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) students, providing hands-on training in laboratory procedures.
- Conduct research in microbiology and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to discussions on academic programs and student outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Microbiology or related field with 1-5 years of experience as an Assistant Professor or equivalent role.
- Solid background knowledge of microbiology principles, including bacterial growth kinetics, cell culture techniques, and molecular biology methods.
- Experience working with MLT students is desirable but not mandatory; ability to teach effectively across different skill levels.
