Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of policy documents, premiums, and claims data.
- Process current policy applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve policy-related issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Process the pre-authorisation of patients through the TPAs to obtain authorisation for surgery
- Process the bills and hand over the same to the collection team after checking.
