- Lead the Supply Chain Operations team to optimize logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for demand forecasting, supply chain planning, and execution to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in SCM operations and drive process changes.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, inventory levels, and costs.
Job Requirements :
- 18-28 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations or a related field.
- Robust understanding of demand forecasting, demand planning, logistics, SCM operations, supply chain management, supply chain planning, and warehouse operations.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
