- Knowledge on Quality Management System ( QMS ) , GMP & GDP processes , Operational Health & Safety Management.
- Internal audits & controls Should be certified lead Auditor and also having a positive knowledge over Problem Solving tools Like DMAIC , Six Sigma , Kaizen , First Choice Tools etc.,
- CAPA & RCA implementations To know how to analyse the defect and develop solution both short term and long term to fix the cause systematically.
- Documentation procedures & retrieval – good Documentation procedures and knowledge over Mock Recall or recall procedures.
- Training capabilities – To make training plan , need matrix , and ensure the team is trained in their specific functional areas and to build overall capabilities.
- Vendor Management – This is ensure and Track the vendor performances against the contracted SLA’s and monitor their performances.
- Understanding and knowledge over compliance- To ensure the Statutory and Compliance Documents are audited and valid at all times.
- Temperature control & Storage procedures.- To ensure proper systems are in place for all storage categories to ensure safety to goods.
- Strong communication & SOP drafting skills – To draft the documents and procedures in line with Global / Organization standards.
- Skilled in warehouse operations – Needed and must to have an overall knowledge on warehousing Operations are managed and regulated.
