Excellent English communication is required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified and courteous communication.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, complaints, and service requests.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department or senior management.
