Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate MES implementation, rollout, enhancement and stabilization across manufacturing plants.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams, internal departments and external MES vendors.
- Prepare and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs) and requirement documents.
- Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, execution and business validation.




- Track and close system defects and implementation issues.
- Support manufacturing data structuring, master data requirements, dashboards and KPI reports.
- Assist with end-user training, documentation and change management.
- Support deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify shop-floor process improvement opportunities through better MES utilization and data visibility.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic understanding of MES and manufacturing/shop-floor processes.
- Knowledge of production workflows, WIP traceability and process mapping.
- Experience in requirements documentation, UAT/test scenarios and issue management.
- Ability to coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Screening priority: Candidates with hands-on MES implementation/support experience in a manufacturing workplace, especially those familiar with shop-floor workflows, UAT, process mapping and post-go-live support.
