Role & responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals

Prepare technical and commercial bid documents

Manage GeM bids, custom bids, reverse auctions and direct-purchase enquiries

Review tender conditions, eligibility criteria, specifications and commercial terms

Coordinate documentation, EMDs, bank guarantees, OEM authorisations and compliance certificates

Ensure timely bid submission and maintain tender status records

Coordinate with sales, technical, commercial and accounts teams

Handle post-bid clarifications, order documentation and customer follow-ups

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline; engineering or commerce background preferred

Hands-on experience with GeM and government tender portals

Positive understanding of tender documentation and commercial terms

Strong MS Excel, communication and coordination skills

Experience in the power, electrical or industrial equipment sector will be preferred

Must be organised, accurate and comfortable working with deadlines
