Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, assess downstream impacts across linked modules and integrated systems, and translate findings into reliable PIM solutions - owning delivery from design through production support
- Serve as a hands-on techno-functional, collab closely with business stakeholders, partner teams, and platform vendors for requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery
- Develop and implement PIM configurations and customizations using Syndigo PIM 8.x - covering data modeling, governance workflows, taxonomy, match sets, scheduling objects, UI configurations, and integration profiles
- Diagnose and resolve production issues rapidly, including root cause analysis, targeted code fixes, and preventive improvements; leverage Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM APIs for integration and automation needs
- Drive continuous improvement by bringing innovative approaches to complex product data challenges - proposing new platform capabilities, optimizing existing configurations, and establishing best practices across the team





Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on development and production support experience with Syndigo PIM 8.x
- Handson experience on PLSQL, Unix
- Proven depth across core Syndigo modules: Data Modeling, Governance, Workflows, Taxonomy, Match Sets, Scheduling Objects, UI Configurations, and Integration Profiles
- Experience working with SaaS applications and cloud-native integrations; working knowledge of Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM REST APIs
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-system impact and deliver under pressure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
